Become an APAC Volunteer

Picture
APAC encourages Ayer organizations and individuals to use our resources to make non-commercial videos about your activities, or other programs of interest to residents. From time to time, we will offer classes on videography and video production. Courses are also available from public access organizations in other area communities.

We also encourage residents to become members of APAC. Members who wish to make videos for APAC and who have been trained in basic videography may borrow equipment from APAC. Individuals who wish to create videos for airing on Channel 8 should view the Making a Video page. We also welcome non-technical volunteers to help with our many writing, production, voiceover, hosting and administrative functions. Residents who are already registered as member volunteers should sign in on the Members page.

Municipal boards and committees that wish to create programs about their services should contact APAC directly to discuss their needs. We also welcome non-technical members to help with our many writing, production, voiceover, hosting, and administrative functions.

If you are a prospective member who already has video production or videography experience, upload your resume and details about your training and experience  to the form below. Be sure to include telephone or e-mail information so we can get back to you with suggestions and options.
