Post an announcement on the Community Bulletin Board

The APAC Community Bulletin Board is a free public service provided primarily for the residents and organizations of Ayer to announce non-commercial, non-profit events and services. 

Please Note: Community Bulletin Board messages need to be very short. Please make certain to include who, what, why, when, where and how much, as applicable. The Bulletin Board Editor will edit your message to fit the space available.  

The Bulletin Board Editor reserves the right to edit and design your message to fit the limited space. Also, please allow at least one-week lead time for your message to be published. The sooner we receive your message, the better. Most announcements will expire in 30 days, or at the time of the event, whichever comes sooner.

We cannot accept messages by telephone or FAX or by e-mail addresses.

You have two alternatives for posting your message, which are shown below.

Option One: Type the announcement below

Messages, must fit within ten lines (Usually 40 characters per line, or approximately seven words per line). Please use the message form below. The APAC Bulletin board is updated twice a week. Please plan accordingly.

Requirements
Items should be of interest or of benefit to residents of Ayer.

• Dated material will be removed shortly after the date of the event or submitted end date.
• In most cases, undated material will run for approximately 30 days.
• Messages must be non-commercial in nature.
• Although every effort will be made to keep the information current and accurate, APAC is not responsible for errors on the Community Bulletin Board.

Option Two: PNG or JPEG
(NO PDFs, Word files, or PPTX  or e-mail attachments, please!)

Individuals with PNG or JPEG capability may wish to upload their announcement as a PNG or JPEG image. Please adhere to the same length limitations as in Option One and be sure to include contact information.
